How IT Works?

  1. Choose a subscription plan, determine # of users who need support and complete the sign-up process

Upon successful completion of the above, a welcome packet will be sent to you via email within 24 hours with details on what to expect along with your dedicated account manager who will guide you throughout the onboarding process

  1. Phase 1: Provisioning

Systems preparation will begin on the back-end, with an initial kick-off meeting scheduled for you to meet the team and initiate knowledge transfer and expectations alignment

  1. Phase 2: Training

Your dedicated account manager will schedule a training session to bring you up to speed on key systems and processes needed to complete the onboarding successfully

  1. Phase 3: Go-Live

Once a suitable go-live date is determined, a welcome email will be sent out on Day 1 to all end-users with clear instructions on what to expect and how to obtain support

  1. Phase 4: After Go-Live

A 30-min business review will be conducted during the first three months (30/60/90 days) and subsequently quarterly reviews thereafter to ensure you are in constant communications with the team

After signing up, we recommend you to prepare ahead of time all related IT documentation that you have available. Our account manager will arrange a meeting with you soon to initiate your onboarding journey.

Please log in your profile and navigate to Subscriptions tab. You may select the active subscription and cancel. As we are fully subscription-based, you may stop the services at any time. Service will effectively end 30 days from the last payment.
